Final Sale

• All wig orders are final sale. Because each unit is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

Exceptions

• Refunds are only issued in rare cases if Babey Bundles makes an error (e.g., the wrong product was shipped).

• Wig color differences caused by lighting (natural, white, or warm) are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

• If we approve a return due to an error on our part, Babey Bundles will cover the return shipping costs.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and head measurements before ordering.

Digital Products

• Instant downloads (such as tutorials or guides) are also non-refundable.
