Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • Pre-order wigs: 10–14 business days

  • “Create Your Own Wig” pre-orders: up to 14 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Overnight shipping starts only after processing is complete, not from the order date.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. orders: 4–7 business days (UPS or USPS)

  • International orders: 7–10 business days

Shipping Details

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery and include shipping insurance.

  • Tracking details are sent by email once shipped. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to update.

  • The billing address must match the shipping address for security purposes.

  • A Buyer Form must be completed before fulfillment (found at the top of our website).

Responsibility After Shipment

  • Once USPS/UPS receives your package, Babey Bundles is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost/stolen parcels.

  • All packages are insured for your protection - please contact the carrier directly if an issue occurs.
